1000 miles of Croatia

Tour Overview:

As the name suggests, 1000 Miles of Croatia is a one-of-a-kind, seven-day motorcycle journey, covering an impressive 1,600 kilometers through the most breathtaking and diverse landscapes Croatia has to offer. This tour, which we take great pride in, is designed to provide an unforgettable blend of adventure, culture, and culinary delights, making it the perfect experience for motorcycle enthusiasts seeking to explore the very essence of Croatia.

Our adventure begins in the bustling city of Zagreb, a cultural hub brimming with history, charm, and vibrant energy. From there, we’ll ride through the untouched wilderness of Lika-Senj County, where scenic roads weave through dense forests, rolling hills, and picturesque villages. We’ll continue through the enchanting landscapes of Croatian Zagorje, known for its medieval castles, vineyards, and traditional hospitality, before reaching the spectacular coastal jewel—Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its awe-inspiring city walls and stunning Adriatic views.

But the adventure doesn’t end there. The return journey from Dubrovnik to Zagreb offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience, featuring Croatia’s idyllic islands, the legendary Adriatic Highway, a dream road that winds along the coastline with panoramic sea views, and thrilling mountain passes that will take your breath away.

Beyond the scenic rides, this tour promises memorable gastronomic experiences, allowing you to savor the finest local dishes that highlight the rich culinary traditions of each region. Along the way, we’ve curated a range of exciting activities to ensure every moment of your trip is filled with discovery, relaxation, and excitement.

DAY 1 (250 km)

We gather in Zagreb for an early morning meeting with coffee and breakfast before departure. We’ll ride along the old road to the stunning Rastoke, where we’ll take a break by the waterfalls of the Korana River and the fortress of the old town of Slunj. The journey continues through the Lika region, passing through Plitvice Lakes National Park and over the Ljubovo hills, arriving in Gospić, where we’ll stop for lunch. After lunch, it’s a short ride to the village of Lovinac, where we’ll settle in and head out for dinner.

DAY 2 (240 km)

Breakfast in Lovinac, then we hit the road towards the Croatian fortress town of Knin, where we’ll have a coffee break. We continue to the town of Imotski for lunch, followed by sightseeing of the natural phenomena Red Lake and Blue Lake, and then conclude with dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3 (220 km)

As with every morning, we start with breakfast and set off for Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is a story of its own, where we’ll have lunch, tour the city, and finish with dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 4 (250 km)

It’s time to explore the islands. After breakfast at the hotel, we head back on the road, driving through the scenic Pelješac Peninsula to the small town of Orebić, where we’ll catch a ferry to Korčula. After a short tour and lunch on the island, we’ll drive across Korčula and board a ferry that will take us to Split. Dinner and overnight stay are planned in Split.

DAY 5 (220 km)

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off towards Skradin. Skradin is a beautiful town at the mouth of the Krka River, known for its excellent gastronomy, which we’ll enjoy during lunch. After lunch, we continue our journey towards the island of Pag, where in the birthplace of the famous Pag cheese, we’ll have dinner and spend the night.

DAY 6 (day off)

After five days in the saddle, it's time for a day off, and we have prepared a variety of activities and little surprises for you.
Our goal is for you to experience the beauty of a special Croatian island, where commercials for the top leaders in the auto-moto industry have been filmed, to introduce you to the unique local culinary offerings, and to take you on a boat trip for swimming and/or trying your hand at fishing and diving.
All in all, we guarantee that this "day off" will be full of excitement, but on the other hand, you can also simply choose one of the beautiful beaches and relax by the sound of the sea.

DAY 7 (260 km)

Breakfast on Pag, then we board the ferry from Žigljen to Prizna. We’ll drive along the most scenic part of the Adriatic Highway to Senj, where we’ll have a coffee break. Then we’ll head back into the mountains for lunch and return to Zagreb in the afternoon.
